You may be done with your device, but chances are it still has more to offer. For the first time in Nepal, Analogue TradeIn is giving you an opportunity to part with your old devices for cash or a newer product.

You can trade in your Mobile Phones, Laptops and Tablets.

Just answer a few questions about your device. Based on what you tell us, we'll offer you a competitive TradeIn estimate for cash or a newer product.

If you accept the TradeIn estimate online, we'll arrange for you to send us your old device. Once we receive it, we'll inspect it and verify its condition. If everything is up to the mark, we will credit you according to the method of TradeIn that you have selected.

We have our expert team of technicians who will determine the value of the device after checking the condition, quality and ongoing market value of the particular product.

Documents required For Nepali citizens -

– Government recognized ID card like Citizenship, Passport

Documents required For Indian citizens -

– Government recognized ID card like Embassy of Indian Certificate, Passport

Foreigners -

– Passport /Visa

Accessories - Includes charger, earphone, original phone box, vat bill. If these required products are not provided along with the TradeIn products then the valuation will be done accordingly.

The whole process gets wrapped up in under 48 hours. 48 hours to turn your old device into cash or a new product. This lead time of 48 hours is applicable only when your product has been accepted for TradeIn.

We provide you with 2 options for submitting your device — drop it in our store yourself or have our messenger pick it up. Messenger pick-up costs Rs. 250.

Once we have received all the details, we will send you an email with the quotation. If you don't agree with our evaluation, you can choose to reject the TradeIn offer at any point. If you have submitted the device to us, We will also return the device back to you in case you decide to opt-out of TradeIn.

If you haven't yet sent us your device, you can cancel your TradeIn by simply choosing the reject TradeIn button on the Tradeboard (dashboard).

If you've already sent us your device, it will go through an inspection process and we will update you about the revised valuation through email or your TradeBoard. If you are not satisfied with this valuation, you can then choose to reject it and have your device delivered back to you. However, the charge that you paid during the device pick up will not be refunded.

Tradeboard (or Dashboard) is the section of the website accessible to those of you that have signed up for TradeIn. Here, you can view the status of your TradeIn request, upload the required documentation, provide your banking details, and receive updates about any changes to your TradeIn processing.

We have our expert team of technicians who will determine the value of the device after checking the condition, quality, and ongoing market value of the particular product.

All of your products are evaluated by our experts. After all, no machine can replace a human evaluation process.

The actual product is thoroughly evaluated against the information on the form you have filled. We take into consideration any damage(both physical and software) the device may have ensued during its lifetime and provide a valuation accordingly.

After we are through evaluating your device, you will receive an email with all the details and valuation.

It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. Answer a few questions accurately, and once we receive the device and verify its condition, you'll most likely receive the full amount of the estimated evaluation.

Keep in mind that the condition of the device needs to match the information that you have filled on the form.

If the condition of the device is different from what you described, we'll provide a revised valuation. You can then choose to either accept or reject it. If you accept it, we'll continue with the TradeIn process. If you reject it, we'll cancel the TradeIn and return your old devices back to you. No matter what, we'll send you email updates about the progress of your TradeIn, so you'll be up to date on what's happening at every step.

Yes. Before you send your trade-in device, please remove all personal information and save all data you want to keep in a different storage location, then remove security locks by performing a factory reset.

Be sure to remove all SIM cards and memory cards before shipping the device.

You will receive an email from us when your device is received and a summary of the device's condition. As long as the device meets the criteria for acceptance, you do not need to do anything else.

In case you have opted for TradeIn cash, you receive the money from our final valuation through your choice of bank.

In case you have opted for TradeIn Product, the products that you wished to purchase will be credited from the final valuation of your old device. The new product is also then delivered to you free of charge.
